Mr. Liang Pengcheng graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Since 1997, he has successively served at the Ministry of Textile Industry of China, the State Bureau of Textile Industry, the China National Textile and Apparel Council, and the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT. Currently, he serves as Vice President of China National Textile and Apparel Council, and Executive Vice Chairman of the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT.

Mr. Liang is a top executive and leader of large international exhibitions organized by CCPIT TEX. He has successfully promoted the growth and elevated the reputation of ITMA ASIA+CITME in mainland China. Currently, he is leading his team in making continuous efforts to build the most influential series of brand exhibitions in China's textile and garment industry, both within China and overseas.
