She holds a PGD in Marketing from CIM, UK and is an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus. With over 25 years of experience in Exhibitions & publishing, she has launched several pioneering initiatives, including India's first handbook on advertising sources & successful shows like Mediaexpo, LEDexpo apart from other leading shows. As Director at MEX, she leads her team in successful execution of major trade shows like Giftsworldexpo, Gartex Texprocess India & LED Expo Thailand. Her leadership has paved the way for MEX to enter into key strategic alliances in India and overseas, which have strengthened the brand value and growth of the company as a whole. An award-winning leader & active speaker, Executive member of IEIA she also co-chairs the Women in Leadership group under IEIA and founded the NGO Ekas Mission for social causes.
