Mr. Hans Stoter began his career in China in 1999 with Jaarbeurs/VNU (now Globus), where he played a key role in establishing the company's presence in the Chinese market. In subsequent roles at UBM and i2i Events Group, he developed and successfully implemented various trade fair across Europe and Asia. Most recently, he served as GM of Koelnmesse China.

Since 2018, Hans has been responsible for Messe Nanjing, developing the JV of Messe Stuttgart throughout China. Annually, around 8 trade fairs are organized, focusing on Industrial Solutions, Innovation, and Education. The JV also handles the guest shows for the Nanjing venue and brings Chinese exhibitors to the global exhibitions. Since 2022, Hans is also responsible for SE Asia, launching global brands such as Logimat SE Asia and Didacta Asia.
