Cindy Ngiam

Cindy started her career with the Singapore Tourism Board, taking on several marketing positions to promote Singapore as a destination of choice. Since then, she embarked on different job roles within the government sector, including spearheading enterprise development for the retail sector through industry initiatives, and developing policies and strategies to support enterprises in the area of quality and standards. Currently, she helms the SWITCH (Singapore Week of Innovation and TeCHnology) Programme Office at Enterprise Singapore, where she and her team brings together global and local innovators to foster collaboration as part of a year-round innovation movement.
